Pretty sturdy can for being plastic. The ability to lock it is nice. I do use two padlocks on my. I have two, one for range trips and one for ammo at home. Useful containers for a good price. Did I mention they''re pretty big? They fit over 20 boxes of ammo, easy.

For the money this is the largest ammo box I''ve seen and I''m impressed with how it dwarfs the other cans I have. And although I probably won''t use the padlock tabs it is nice to know they''re there -- just in case.
